Depth Stop Pro
The Depth Stop Pro is a fully re-designed depth stop system for the PantoRouter®. After years of experimentation and valuable customer feedback, we have made quite a few improvements to a component of the machine that all PantoRouter® users are very familiar with.
We have three versions of the Depth Stop Pro to fit the three models of PantoRouters manufactured since 2015. Please check your PantoRouter carefully before selecting the Depth Stop Pro for your machine.

Upgraded features include:
Depth Scale mounted at an angle toward user for better visibility
Increased surface area to set depth with workpieces and Setup Blocks
Micro-Adjust knob to fine tune depth of cut
Cam Lever Locks for quick andaccurate setup
Red measurement indicator for improved visibility
Magnetic Setup Block for common depth settings and first pass cuts on long tenons.
Version-1 (2015-2018)
This model PantoRouter has an extruded aluminum base with a solid aluminum plate for the pantograph carriage. The template holder support post is secured with an angle bracket with two screws. The ruler or scale is mounted on a small extrusion.
Version-2 (2018-2019)
Version-2 has a cast and powder coated aluminum base with a solid aluminum plate for the pantograph carriage. The template holder support post is secured with an angle bracket with two screws. The ruler or scale is mounted on a small extrusion.
Version-3 (2019-present)
This model PantoRouter has a cast and powder coated aluminum base and a die cast and powder coated carriage for the pantograph. The template holder mounting bracket and the ruler mount are both pantograph carriage casting.
